Who We AreDr. Carlos Beceiro CastroHe studied at the Law Faculty in the University of Uruguay (UDELAR). Graduated as a Doctor in Law and Social Sciences in the University of the República Oriental del Uruguay (UDELAR) in 1984. The same year graduates as a Notary Public.
